My name is Emily and I am a fun loving mom of two and wife of my honey, Nate. I have been married for nine years; all of which I have lived in Utah. My two kids are named Sammy (4) and Quinn (2); and they keep me busy and always learning. I have a lot of interests and passions that define and motivate me. Two of my favorite things to do are papercrafting and singing. On this blog I try to share the real me. I don't hold back and I keep little private. A Nostril

The other night I was reading stories to Sammy and she started making all kinds of silly faces at me. The following conversation ensued:

Mom: Sammy you look like an alien
Sammy: No Mommy, I am a nostral.
Mom: A nostral?
Sammy: Yes mom...a nostril.
Mom: Do you know what a nostril is? It is this part of your nose (pointing to my nose)
Sammy: starts laughing...no...a nostril in space...
Mom: Do you mean an astronaut?
Sammy: Oh...is that what you call it? (laughing) That is what I meant...

Little kids are so funny like that. We had a billeo the day, Jonathan translated it to video. Thank goodness, kids can understand one another.
